"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Well all I am trying to say is that people should be more considerate of others and at least TRY warning them first.
Now in the case of art theft... If the person is had had an account here for a long time, then I agree there should be no warning. Or if you or DA already warned the person first... Then there should NOT be a warning. If someone is doing something just out of spite, then by all means report them.
But if they didn't know the rules (and yes I know people should really read the rules before they join a site) then I mean they should at least get a chance. Right?
Now I understand that some people have been given like a ton of chances and those are the ones who should be not be warned. it's fine to report people, but it's the WAY in which some (not all) of the people here do it.
I thank you for explaining this to me but I've seen what goes on here I just didn't want to join this site and get involved but sometimes a voice is out there that just needs to be heard, you know?
